If you guys googled that error code, it appears to be network related, and a lot of non cfw users are experiencing it. My guess is Anonymous is smashing sony's networks again... Just try again later, does the internet browser on the ps3 still work? Also try to sign in your ps3 account from your pc and see if you can access stuff... If your banned my guess is the account login won't work either.

muy buenas a todos yo e tenido elmismo problema e pasado derebug a 3.55 kmeaw y de kmeaw a 3.60 oficial y tuve el miosmo error de dns lo solucione.

1:entramos en el menu recovery de la sigiente manera con la ps3 apagada pulsamos el botn de arranque y lo dejamos pulsado asta que se apage,de nuevo pulsamos otra vez sin soltar oiremos un primer pitido segimos pulsando y al segundo pitido k sera doble soltamos estamos ya dentro del menu.
2:restablecer ajustes predeterminados y aceptais ok.

no pierdes las cuentas solo se restablece de fabrica.un saludo.

I had the same problem
So i swapped 250GB HDD with a 40GB HDD and formatted..Everything is fine..
250GB HDD is waiting for possible 3.60 CFW :P

i just bought a second ps3 so i could return my 80GB to offical firmware and im getting this problem too. The connection itself is fine , both ps3's and my laptop etc can connect no problem. I have formatted the hard drive , restored to factory settings , rebuilt my ps3 database and reinstalled 3.61 ... this is major problem :L this playstation is as good as usless to me now :L , someone must know how to fix this problem
