Everytime i go to play online i get 1 bar (black ops red connection) on connected status and i lag a lot. What could be the problem im not downloading anything and when i check connecection status i get 7mb

port forwarding your ps3 or enable UPnP
some routers simply won't support UPnP
well it use to work perfectly fine and then i logged in today and now i keep getting lag. I already tryed disabling and then re-enabling it (UPnP). still lag
