Buy PSX game from PSN

Hi, im currently using 3.55 kmeaw and i dont have psn access (used the dns trick while it lasted).
I want to play some psx games but the ps3sx emulator doesnt work well.
Can I use a psp to buy the game from psn and transfer it to my ps3?
Or the only way I can play a psx game right now is buying the legit psx disc?
I could try that new proxy thing to access psn but ill probably be banned anyway.

You can only transfer psOne games from ps3 to psp while signed into psn with the account that bought it, you can not transfer psp to ps3

You only choice is buying a copy of the disc.

Which is an absolute crying shame really

I don't understand why Sony has PS3>PSP but not the other way around.
