3.56 Spoofer + F*ckPsn v0.5 Good Enough?

I am currenty using 3.56 spoofer and F*ckPsn v0.5 to play on psn and was wondering if it was enough to bypass bans. I heard from some other people that they never had to agree to the new TOS agreement but unfortunately I had it and had to agree to it to go on psn. Now I'm just curious, is there any security? As in, does the 3.56 spoofer and F*ckPsn v0.5 give me any security? I'm not sure if the F*ckPsn's trick of making the ps3 connect through the computer is secure. I think it is...I hope...
Is there anything I can do to make it more secure if I am not completely covered? Thanks!

no as Sony has many different checks, that we can't find or can't spoof, plus probably more that only 3.56 FW can send, so everybody on PSN with CFW are chance being BANNED!

There is *NO* Security behind using CFW on PSN…the ONLY way to prevent from a ban is to use OFW…I laugh when I see threads on here like "how to avoid getting banned from PSN" since there is NO proof that it works since the bans haven't started….I know I have seen people say they have been banned from PSN already but its not for using CFW….it's because they cheated or violated the ToS in some way or another (probably obscenity on PSN like sexual innuendo or racism or profanity and got reported numerous times, that's the only known method to get banned, the CoD BlackOps bans are just game bans by Activision not by Sony…the cheating bastards got banned..if you ask me, they should have gotten banned from PSN)

So as far as folks trying to give guides on preventing bans on PSN, there is no sure-fire or proved way of being on CFW and preventing bans..the only sure fire way is to update to OFW and lose home-brew ability. Sony was actually nice enough to send out emails to folks with home-brew letting them know "we know you have this, remove it or deal with consequences"….Microsoft just bans you w/o warning….

The furtherst security action I took was getting me another ps3 that runs 3.56 OFW. I have another account on my hacked ps3 but the other problem I have is that I still have my main psn account on there so I'm sure sony could detect and link it to my 3.56 OFW ps3 and ban my account...but I hope not!
What do you guys think? Should I just log onto psn using my main account on my hacked ps3? I'm thinking of it because I have all the goodies on there but I don't know...

Also, there is that one tool...don't know what it's called but it clears your history so every time you log onto psn, sony wouldn't know what's up...or so the tool states. But, like you said, I'm sure sony has there ways...

I didn't mean that Sony WON'T ban for using CFW, but they haven't banned anyone for using it YET. Those e-mails sent out to PSN users with "unauthorized programs" may or may not pertain to CFW…it may just pertain to using SNES emulator or MultiMan. But why would you have CFW if you weren't either running back-ups or using home-brew apps or games, either way, as a result of having home-brew on your PS3, Sony has sent out those letters via e-mail. They MAY still ban you in the future for having CFW, but nothing can be said for 100% sure that it will happen until it does happen. I don't care for rumors or "word of mouth", i much prefer cold hard facts. Rumors on games, phones, electronic devices get out of hand, so until I see this first hand, I more than likely won't believe it…especially with all the liars saying they have or have seen a real 3.56 jailbreak or CFW in the wild, all they have seen is 3.55 with the 3.56 spoofer, NOT real CFW or people saying: "friend of mine is going to email me the 3.56 jailbreak files" etc…its a lie..

I did say they haven't done it YET! There is still the possibility…like i said, they are saying unauthorized programs in the emails….if you get banned, it more than likely would be for your programs..unless you want to have one PS3 with JUST CFW and no home-brew to test it….I am going to enjoy PSN while I have it..if the banning hits big time and I don't get banned, I may sell my PS3 on CL for profit with it being CFW and non-banned in case the buyer decides to go legit….If i do get banned…well, that's why i get most of my cross-platform games on Xbox360, because the odds of getting banned on there with my flashed DVD-ROM drive just seem lower

Sorry to be off topic but these threads get very tiring very quickly, guys like OP seem to be looking for anyone to give them any information on leeway regarding PSN and CFW when the real answer is, "NO ONE KNOWS" or more accurately "NO ONE KNOWS but hell yeah its likely they will find you and ban you in time"
It almost looks like people are not even bothering to think for themselves and decided to place the burden of thought and common sense on somebody else, just so if it fails you can have someone to blame for it.
OP may say thats not the case, but thats what it seems like, like a kid being denied something by one parent and automatically asking for the same thing from another parent hoping to get a different answer.
I mean come on man, most of the info you need you could probably work out on your own with a little common sense.

I got a ps3. first thing I did was update to 3.56. Is there now anyway to backup my games or do anything cool like linux?

You are indeed correct there is no problem with asking, and this is indeed a forum, and in this forum that question has been asked constantly with the same answer given every time, and no matter how many times it gets answered people still want clarification on a subject that pretty much no one has any substantial/concrete info about, you (along with many others) seem to be wanting reassurance of your safety when no one can provide it, no matter how many different ways you or anybody else asks a question.

In my defense I will say I am a very recent member, still I have tried to help in some way, for example I used my knowledge of spanish at times to translate chunks of text from El Otro Lado so people could be kept updated on CFW progress and the ability to use the PSP as a jailbreak device (that didnt work), and have been thankful enough that when given information about where to get a teensy board I passed that info on to another member of these forums to help them out also.
My post in this thread however was not insulting you directly and addressed the fact that this question got asked very often already, I only offered my opinion as to how posts like these may be perceived by others, at no point did I call you names or make any personal attacks, however you seemed to believe I somehow intended to hurt your ego, its not my fault you have such little confidence and thin skin that you take me using CAPITAL LETTERS as a personal attack but if thats how childish you want to be then thats fine by me.
