Will anything happen if I accept the new terms of service?
Dont accept it just follow the guide. This method still works 100% fine.
The update message will still popup with 3.56 spoof but you will not actually be able to update. Running F*CK PSN 0.5 to spoof the network as 3.56 will stop the popup and let you on PSN.
I will be adding a video of how to setup everything and how to use this method as soon as I get the time, hopefully later.
(To all of you that keep saying this don't work and maybe its been patched, you are wrong and I would be the first person to add it to the tut if that was the case. I will warn you all via private message if anything changes.)

Working great for me. Just to clarify though, this method doesn't give a blank console ID does it? I'm still on the fence about wether or not that's a good thing to do anyways, but i was just curious.
its not working here, when I try to log in onto PSN it asks for sys update.
Heey Thnx for you're nice Tut But i never get it to work!!
I followed all the Steps in The Tutorial but when i Run F*CkPSN.exe i get dns listening on 0.0.0.0:53 and when i put it on Ps3 as 1 dns it's says wrong adress please help me :/ !
EDIT : Fixed It Myself!!
0.0.0.0:53 is not the dns you are supposed to put on your PS3. You need to put the IP of your computer as the DNS on your PS3, it should be something like 192.168.1.100.
In versions of Windows from Windows 2000 and later, run the Windows Command Prompt (Typically in Start, All Programs, Accessories). In the command prompt, type ipconfig and you'll get something similar to this:
Windows IP Configuration
Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection 2:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.5
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.1"... since I'm behind a router, this is not the IP address that will actually be used when I access the internet."
As you can see, the IP address of this computer is listed as "192.168.1.5". If your on vista or windows 7 the ip address is typically presented as ipv4 address.
To get extended info including you're ISP's DNS records, type "ipconfig /all" without the quote marks and the DNS records will be after your LAN ip details.
