does Ubuntu gotta be ran off a disc? trying to find a portable version on the net but can only find .iso files
1) Reboot your Ubuntu box.
2) Start Terminal (Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal)
3) type: sudo apt-get install dnsmasq
The above stage, after entering sudo apt-get install dnsmasq it asks for my password, but im unable to add anything in, its like the keyboard has stopped responding to the terminal??
your using the wrong slash. windows uses / nix uses \

This is how it works in linux. You type password but everything is invisible.

all i can think is that each region uses a different cer file. not sure
