I'm guessing 192.168.68.1 ISN'T your PC's IP address? There will be another network device, disable it and make sure the one your using is the only one enabled.

Works well, connects me to PSN, however:
Launch GT5, "Could not connect to server" spam on every screen. Probably a DNS issue. PSN remains connected, however none of the options for online in GT5 work. Community tab, for example, states that there is no connection to the server.
Secondary DNS set as my router. Everything else seems to work well (havn't tried other online games.)

I changed the target ID to 84 for US where needed, and changed the address to US instead of UK where I saw UK in the URL. I then put it in my C: drive's root. These are the results, it seems to look alright...
