Wutangrza 3.55 --> Kmeaw 3.55 question

I am running on Wutangrza CFW since it was released, but want to switch over to kmeaws CFW. I have lots of backups on the HDD of my PS3 and was wondering if I go from Wutangrza --> OFW3.55 --> kmeaw will i lose all my backups or is there a different or easier way to go from Wutangrza to Kmeaw without losing any of my backups?

you wont loose your backups because it doesnt wipe your hard disk.
