Will games run properly without bd drive?

Hello, i have an important question. My bluray drive is dead because of damaged board with nand. I've removed drive from ps3. And this is my question. Will discless games like uncharted will run on ps3 with jailbreak (Of course not geohot's jb)? I already ordered dongle.

No. The PS3 puts itself in lockdown mode if the married blu-ray NAND is not present upon bootup.

Ok, i see you are very experienced with ps3's architecture.
So I have question about bd-drive.
My drive don't read anything, cd, dvd and bluray discs. Arrows whell that symbolize reading didn't show. While i put ps3 on, the elecric motor in drive runs rapidly (very noise) for about 5 seconds and it's calms. Putting and ejecting disc is very well, there's no problem with it. I changed first a lens (i had it two), but it has same symptoms. I has same drive from another ps3 (Older ps3 with sd card reader, but drive's model is excatly same). In that ps3, drive reading so well. When i changed board with nand from my drive to this, it didn't read anything too. Almost same symptoms like in my drive but no noise after running ps3. I think is the nand is broken, but my knowlegde about ps3 is small. Maybe my drive still have chance to rescue. If someone have a solution for this, I will be gladly and grateful. Thanks for helping
