i won't

You never know. It may still be 3.56. It depends on whether or not Sony make Gearbox recompile it for 3.60, or it depends on when the final build is published and which SDK they decide to use. They could very well use 3.56 or lower.
Time will tell m8. If you can't get it for PS3, get it for PC. - The way it was meant to be played (Sorry I'm a diehard duke fan since Duke 3D on DOS.) It's meant to be played on the PC.
I plan on playing the PC version though in full 1080P on my sweet gaming rig!
If a game like Thor can require 3.60, then I guess it's safe to assume duke nukem will be 3.60 as well.
from what i heard, the reason why is was delayed again was so it could be redone in 3.60
It doesn't need to be re-done for 3.60, no game should need to be.
The game can be made using the 3.41 (or any other) sdk and all they need to do is send the game to Sony and get them to sign it with the 3.60 keys, much easier and there's nothing we can do about it. From what I remember from the Portal 2 eboot, it had references to the 3.50 sdk, and yet it's signed with 3.60 keys.
i cant remember
The length of time its taken to come out, it should come signed on the -103.60 keys.
