So I want to know whats the point of having split files. Can we load them?
I know that FAT32 only supports up to 4GB (in 1 file)
Does any manager joins these files?
Thank you

Yes, all managers will join the split files when transfering the game back to the internal HDD. The reason their are split is because of the FAT32 limitation. Sometimes you may want to move a game from internal to an external drive just for storage, but the game has 4GB files, so the manager will split the game so you can still store it on your external HDD.
well as you already know the limits of fat32 anything large will get split when copied to the external drive. No you cannot play a game that has split files but most if not all BM will rejoin them when copied to the Internal drive. I know multiMAN will and GAIA to but I think they all do. The reason they exist is so that you can copy them off your INT harddrive for a backup or a HDD drive upgrade. There is probably a few other reasons but that is what I can think of off the top of my head.
Yep. The manager will automatically rejoin the split files so the game will be playable again.
quick question does gaia split the files when backing up a game on an external harddrive/usb?
If it has files over 4gb, then yes.
