You said you put your games in LAUN12345... Folder. I didnt do that, Easiest way is to put your games into dev_hddo\GAMES folder Ending with an S not Z. Just Drag your games in there and makes sure your using Original EBOOT.BINs for every Game.
AND make sure your game files are in PS3_GAME folder IF you dont have one JUST Create one. Look down for directory example. The directory for Every game should look like this:
dev_hddo\GAMES\GAMEID\PS3_GAME\USRDIR and other files IF that game has.
AND because your on Kmeaw's CFW make sure you RUN .pkg file on every Restart of your PS3. I hope this helps.
Games that worked for me:
Mafia II
Blur
Metal Gear Online (Japan Version)----Copy of my OWN Game Disc
Super Street Fighter II HD Remix
Assassins Creed Brotherhood------Copy of my OWN Game Disc
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 2------Copy of my OWN Game Disc
Software I used to make copies of OWN Game discs is Rogero Manager, Its SO Easy with this.
And ONE MORE thing IF your on Kmeaw's CFW Run .pkg file on EVERY Restart of your PS3, Go to Rogero Manager or whatever manager your using BUT I'd prefer use Rogero Manager. When you have your games appeared in Rogero Make sure Direct Boot in Turned to OFF and have a Disc(ANY GAME) loaded in your Drive click on the game you want to play, It will kick you to the XMB Then CLICK on the disc that is loaded BUT now you'll see that the game you clicked on appears even though you have some other loaded in, But JUST click on it AND it should work,
LAST thing MAKE SURE the game your trying to play, its GAME data must be DELETED before you do all this because you will make a new GAME DATA. Go to Game Data Utility Located in XMB Under Game and delete. OK
So many MAKE SURE's Right? pheww...Thats Technology...
i tried to use this but all i get is unsupported data wit the blu-ray disc in.
dev_hddo\GAMES\GAMEID\PS3_GAME\USRDIR <this is how i have my game structure is. help

dev_hddo\game\GAMEID\PS3_GAME\USRDIR
That would be the correct structure.

True for a game that CAN be ran right from XMB, but a backup in it self can't...

look for the 1.3 version of multiman. when you load it run R1 when highlighting the backup game, it should fix permission issues if thats the problem. see if that helps.

Both are games that need a disk in the drive to play. PS Jailbreak Compatibility List - Home

Put your games in this folder, DEV_HDD0/GAMES/GAMEID/
Make sure to drop everything to that folder from your backup.
Download Multiman 1.3 http://psx-scene.com/forums/attachme..._190000%5D-rar
Install the pkg from a USB Drive
Open MultiMan.
Scroll over your game.
Press R1.
Press X, click No.
Try to load it now.
