01-25-2011,05:39 AMMy guess would be some devs want to do things a specific way and disagree with others, and some want fame/glory/e-peen enlargement.
Trust, encouragement, reward, loyalty... satisfaction. That's what I'm... you know. Trust people and they'll be true to you. Treat them greatly, and they will show themselves to be great.

01-25-2011,05:47 AMyeah, mainly the glory as most all of the managers do exactly the same thing lol. It's a bit stupid but ye, I guess it's more satisfying to see people use something you created yourself...
They should work together though to make the ultimate manager, but I think they're not mature enough to contact eachother and make it happen.PS3 40GB PHATASS MODEL + Gaia manager 2.05 + 1TB HDD = Flawless backups.
