Hi
I'll be receiving my first PS3 Slim 320 GB this week, and i decided to already gather some informations about preparing it to running backups.
I hope you can help me to decide the order of what i should install on my console, please?!
Here is the order i was thinking of, please correct me if i'am wrong?
1. Install the CFW or MFW (which is best - CFW, or MFW?If CFW is it Kmeaw?)
2. Install some backup menager (again which is best? - Gaia or multiMAN?)
2.a. or should i install more than one, because some games runs on one, and other on another?
3. Install FTP Server, or transfer files form PC to PS3, OR backup my BD-ROMs to the internal drive
Did i went wrong somewhere?
And few more questions for a newbie like me:
I. Will i be able to create a playable backups for the games i have on BD-roms? If yes - using which program?
II. What is the best site to download the backups from the internet? Where to search for it?
Thx in advance for your help!

These questions are asked multiple times a day and answered. Please do a little bit of reading in our fine forums, and you should be able to figure everything out fairly quickly.
Oh, and we don't speak of pirating copyrighted material here. I'm going to invite you to read the rules of the site: http://psx-scene.com/forums/misc.php?do=showrules
