USA GT5 80028f08

after i edit the the info to 3.4100 and oput the modifiyed eboot and the load up the game using patched mode my little disk icon shows a cd with a crack through it. i click on that and it give me this error 80028f08 . Now if i go to the app folder it shows teh gt5 icon but when i press X on it it does not execute i am using hermes 4vb with 3.55 spoof and mulitman manager
