upgraded to the new mutliman from a May 2011 version and now it won't read my HDD or external

Any suggestions guys ? I have kmeaw 3.55, my previous version was one of the originals and I've been out of the loop for 6 months...I browsed through the last 20 forum pages and found the most recent upgrade mutilman 2.09.02 I think... Copied it to my USB with the other required file(BCEMU ?), installed the package files, and now multiman won't even boot up to the xmb. Do I need to update any other files ? Thanks for your help and patience, as I'm sure someone else has asked previously, I feel its just easier to post a new thread.

uninstall it first then install it again and see if its gunna work along with BDEMU2.pkg

Make sure you have multiMAN ver 02 09 02 FULL pkg
and BDEMU 355 pkg
