Updating games from online

I have looked at all the lists of compatable games from all over the web and have not found a place that tells me which games should or should not be updated. I have pieced together some games such as gt5 that I should not update but get conflicting reports from other sites about other games. For example PSJCL.com says uncharted 2 cannot be updated but I have a friend who did the updates and it works fine. Just wondering if anyone knows of a good place to find some sort of guide on this subject.

I've never had a disc based game stop working after an online update (except the 3.50 games stickied at the top of this forum). All the older ones work fine, and I've backed up 60+. I would just try and see - if you do have problems, you can simply delete the update data again.

Press enter...you will come to a XML file, copy URL from that into a adress field and press enter to DL the update.

You didn't answer his question...in fact did you even read his post...
