Uncharted's scenes is lagging and delaying.

what to do?
in some point of every scene in uncharted 1 the frame is bumping and then start an voice delay,
how to fix?

What internal HDD are you using? There is a thread here about new internal HDD's that causes this if you have a WD scorpio Blue internal (bvpt), that might be your problem.

And it must be set to sata 1 afaik

iv ripped my seagate external portable drive apart, popped that in, uncharted 1 runs fine for me, no issues at all

nope, origianl 120gig , the one i got with my ps3slim PAL.
