Uncharted 2 Load Time = WHAT!?

I have the BCES version of Uncharted 2…tried to load it up and the dagger kept spinning and spinning…..and spinning…..i let it go about 6 or 7 minutes and NOTHING…….so i turned it off, deleted game save data (was only like 308KB) and tried again….this time I let it go about 5 minutes….still only 308KB game save data….Then I connected the PS3 to the internet and downloaded all 9 updates….loaded back up and STILL getting the spinning dagger…is this game REALLY that S****y on the load time??? How long does this game take to load!?

Hmm.. this happened to me too when I first started... Not anymore though it's just fine now

Don't know what I did... I think I didn't apply any of the updates... hmm...

what firmware and backup loader are you using for it?

I am on Kmeaw 3.55 and Multiman 1.15.03

UC2 is supposed to be working via internal only.. maybe you split the files and forgot to transfer it to the internal HDD.. LOL..

Anyway, it works fine over here.. 3.41 + E3 dongle..

Using Waninkoko v2 CFW 3.55 and using Rogero 7.9c to run it from internal.

I only do internal (since the only external devices i have are 4GB USB sticks)….so its not split, i'll try Rogero manager and see if that makes a difference

With the original disc it load only one time at the beggining for about 10 seconds.After that it play without loading during all game.

Checked the forums and they said Uncharted 2 should work external..well, I got the same problem…spinning dagger and no load….for the first 10 seconds or so, the hard drive light blinks and thats it…I guess i'll just leave the system on and go to bed or something

Please put Uncharted 2 on internal.

It wont work on external without the PSARC Extractor.

The better method is to put in on internal.

Crap, i mean to say Internal….anyway, i let it go for about 2-3 hours while I laid down and it didn't do any good, so I am guessing it was a bad backup, I'll try again
