HEy guys, i am on 3.55 kmeaw and i am able to connect to psn using the dns trick. I am able to connect to any games online server and join matches, but i can not download any file from psn. I just bought borderlands dlc this morning and i cant download it.
I am getting 80029519 error when i try to download anything...If anyone can lend a hand that woudl be awesome
Try rebooting your PS3, don't run lv2 or a BM, get on PSN, and then download your DLC.
i did just that and it doesnt work.
Googling that error code always has something to do w/ JBing. Have you looked over what Google finds on it?

just for info im on 3.55 and am now currently in the store re-downloading the stuff i bought ages ago..... it's been doing it for ages now with no issue.
i cant download anything from psn old and new
just gone onto the next download and bam... and now et an error... it delays a little, i see a message saying activating and then an error code. I got this several times
i logged out, back in tried again and it was fine again :o

To fix you have to set one of your dns addresses to your internet ip.
Check your router for what dns address it uses and then put that in the ps3 under dns
