Tutorial Request - Geo3.55 and Backups

I was wondering if someone could post up a complete step by step User-Friendly guide for the following (For Geo's 3.55) :

Method of Backing up discs (PC Backups and PS3 HDD Backups)
FTP game backups from PC to PS3 HDD
File Structures (Where certain files should be located for proper running of backups)
Eboot Creation
Getting the backed up game to run
FAQs Answered

I am pretty sure this has been answered around these boards, but it is a total mess at the moment. Trying to locate a friendly step by step guide is proving hard. Im unfimiliar with the eboot creation process, and Ive found myself using bits of information posted around different threads and thats where I am going wrong.

Want anymore then that, you're requesting a spoon-feeding and that's kind of frowned upon here. Why don't you gather up all the information and make a post with all that info in it?

Even if someone wanted to post a guide they couldn't as many games have proven to have to be adjusted in order to work. Once there is a way for all or most games to be played, there will be a guide. For now, you will have to do like I did and scour through hundreds of posts or go to the one that chesh posted which is pretty simple.

The main problem Im finding is the amount of GUIs and methods, Its just a bit confusing at the minute.
