This is my first thread and my first SERIOUS issue encountered with game backups

My problem is that after I move a game backup to my internal HDD a 2nd time after having removed it for whatever reason (eg. for space for another game) the trophies for that specific game reset, meaning my total percent goes back to 0% and I have to start from scratch. I know this is fixable by syncing with the PSN account so that they're all unlocked again as they were, but the problem is PSN access is impossible as of now and im stuck. I wanna put Assassin's Creed Brotherhood back onto my HDD (I removed it for space for Final Fantasy XIII) but I have 74% of the Trophies and won't be happy to see that diminish, even if they aren't truly gone for good but just (un-synced... if that makes sense) Does ANYONE know of a fix to stop the trophies from being overwritten after being placed on the HDD again?
