Transfer games from pc to ps3

sorry if this is a bit off topic, but amp, it seems like you got a crossover cable to work, is it really a lot faster than just going through a router? thanks

i am not sure its gunna make any difference since i never used router but it depends on the ethernet port .

Yes i do have a 1tb external, but for games likes kz2, vanquish, gow coll, resonance of fate, etc etc .. has to be transferred directly from pc to ps3 internal hdd as they have >4b single file.

hey amp 2006...it worked perfectly.. the problem at last was with open manager.... i tried with multiman ftp and it worked like charm.!!
