I have no problem running ebootfix on the 'fixed' 3.41 files....
Just make sure you use 'correct' paths (with no spaces in) for example the folder i used in ebootfix was : D:\PS3\BLES01195\PS3_GAME

Besides the eboot.bin files, you also need to resign a few .sprx files....
    So It won't work....

just double checked, using this path, G:\BLES01195\PS3_GAME, still a no go with the bel 3.55 fix. must be sumthin a lil differ between the 2.

tried original files on internal, with a pkg from newest bootfix made from original files. no go, as deliol says

right so what if you replace the original .sprx files (3.56 signed) with the Belmondo .sprx files (3.55/3.41 signed) i take the game would crash? - Grhhhhhh I want my new PS3 to be here already!!!)

Also I thought Belmondo's fix was for both 3.41/3.55 combined, as I downloaded it earlier to try on the ebootFIX and the file I downloaded was called TRT-341-355-BELMONDO.RAR within the RAR archive is just one folder called PS3_GAME.

you are correct, that is my bad, still tried as i said above with path and no go,

package created with original eboots and bel fix .sprx fine (if that matters, not sure) and original eboots on internal w/ bel fix .sprx files

trying now, will shadow copy, install pkg n try, brb

EDIT same thing, boot to game selection screen, x to choose, hear noise, nothing happens

No, it won't crash if you replace the sprx files, you asked what happens if you keep the original files.... ;-)

Dean's ebootfix is not working correctly at the moment, the game boots to the selection screen (so the first eboot is probably OK!) but nothing happens when you select a game... :-(

EDIT: Dean's ebootfix is working correctly, it does what it's supposed to very well.... (and with instructions!!)
It's the TRT game that doesn;t want to run correctly....

Oh, I just copied only the files needed for TRL (TR7) to run correctly in a 16GB flash disk and played it just fine (that is from external using Ctrl+X in multiman....) ;-)
When i get bored of it, i'll do the same for TRA (I already have the limited edition disk for TRU) ...
it would be nice to have it in the internal and to run it from the xmb however....
