Hey Dean im using your latest ebootmod and my game runs through the locating sys_param_proc at start then errors out but I cant read the error fast enough as the cmd line goes away.
So I put the ebootmod files into cygwin bin folder and now get this error $ ebootMOD EBOOT.BIN
unself [EBOOT.BIN]...
open EBOOT.BIN
perror: No such file or directory
Searching for sys_proc_param data
0% Processing...
fRead: (RT) The handle is invalid
- Line 116
(yes the original eboot is in the home/username/ and ALL of my keys are in the home/username/.ps3 folder)
Although unself works in cygwin by itself without ebootMOD. I thought it may be a home directory thing but I already tried that.
worked great so far. loaded all 3 games fine, changed options in all 3 and they were accepted, played underworld about 5 mins, saved, quit, and reloaded the save fine. Only oddity i noticed was quting game to launcher sent you back to XMB, non issue really.
Thanks to Mote for the love of game, and thanks to Dean for the continued effort to automate all this madness!
sound the alarms! TRT from internal with 3.55 KMEAW!![]()
Yeah thats whats happening to me with Crysis 2 (yes i have the original eboot and I know there is already a modified one online), so I moved the ebootMOD files to cygwin to so the cmd window would stay open to see the error but it just gives me a different error like I mentioned above.
I managed to snap a shot of the cmd window before it went away. This is what happened when I drag and dropped. Crysis 2 does have 2 compressed headers btw in the original eboot.bin
(part of my problem could be the space in my username, i dont know how to change this without making a new account)
Your target path string should not contain spaces.
