stuck on loading screen

i have 3 games for now that are stuck at loading the other games i have are fine with patching and permission repair and what not, but no matter what i do i cant get metal gear solid 4,heavy rain and red dead redemption undead nightmare working . metal gear solid 4 goes through the first video then stays on the loading screen for the first board where heavy rain stays on the flashing origami loading screen and undead nightmare gets an error on startup i have been searching theis forum and google to no avail so i
leave my fate in the capable hands of the users here i am sure there is a generous soul here that can help me lol

I've had the same problem with Heavy Rain and I solved it by launching the game with Select+X from Multiman. RDR works fine from internal hdd, I (still) don't have MGS4 and regarding Undead Nightmare I have it on my external but I wait that I finish RDR first and then play it.

i never even bothered to put enough thought into it but i cam to the conclusion that with undead nightmare anyway it is really just DLC so i can take that folder out of there and put it in my working red dead redemption the other one i have tried select x i tried new eboots i tried the original eboots nothing worked , now i did how ever manage to notice that when extracting these games there were errors i am sure that makes a difference but i tried anyway because you never know because one of the files was just the update files and i figured if that was the only one that it would work anyway but alas nothing again i have downloaded these games like 4 time now so im getting irritated lol
