Split Second Black Screen Kmaew 3.55

hey guys...i dunno why but im getting black screen for split second!!! and im using the latest version of multiman and i started the game with [SELECT]+O button....after that i insert my bd game and i launch the game form the blue disc icon...what am i doing wrong?

yea2...i meant [SELECT]+ X
and the game is on external....

UPDATE : when i launch d game...a small split second loading logo appears on the bottom-right of the screen and then it disappears in a second or so...!

If you have used any pkg method before this,delete them first and delete all the installed data too.Make sure the game backup folder have complete files in it.

UPDATE : GAME WORKS FINE NOW!!! just had to update to 1.04....and then voila! it works...now installing gamedata

UPDATE 2 : wait...i think that didnt fixed it...i think that it works now because i changed my ext. hdd drive from the right usb port to the left usb port!!!!!

What files need to be changed for this game and where can i get the update from? I just gt the black screen. Im using 3.41CFW and Multiman 1.15.2

is there a how to on copying/launching games to/from external hdd?
there was a tutorial by d'signer,but his page is not available any more...

I want to play gta episodes from LC...but it is said that you need to run it from an ext HDD.Otherwise it doesnt work for me

There's no need to alter any files and make sure it's all the original files/structures.In my case,there's no need to apply update first or to use spesific usb port.Just make sure the game is on external hdd and with a disc in the drive.Press select+x and it will ask for confirmation to mirror the game data on usb drive.start the game from the disc icon from the xmb.Also delete all previous data related to this game if you have used the pkg method before.

I'm sorry but I can't recall if there is any tutorial on that.To simply put,to use the multiman select+x function the game has to on external drive only.Any size limitation(more than 4gb single file) games can't be put on external drive and thus can't be use with the select+x function at the moment.To transfer the game from internal to external,you could either do it with the backup managers(multiman,gaia,etc) copy function,file managers for ps3 or by using ftp.From external to internal,you could use the same way too.
