Sleeping Dogs Crash

My Sleeping Dogs game keeps on crashing constantly and I dont know why. Yes I installed the update but for some reason the game constantly crashes, someone plz shoot me some advice ? :/

You shouldn't be able to play it from backup unless you're on a DEX converted console. I was playing it earlier this afternoon and didn't have any problems with it. Where is it crashing and how did you do the backup?

And just so you know you're not going to get much help when you say you downloaded a game. I would edit that if I were you

It's constantly crashing on missions. Say for instance I am doing a mission or just driving around, the next thing I know the audio from the Car radio will stop, or the character dialogue will stop immediately. Then usually if I drive any further , I will fall into the ground and the game will crash if I pause. When I say drive any further , the ground texture will look as if it has not loaded at all and will look unpolished.
