Skate 3 corrupting saves

I'm on kmeaw cfw using multiman ,every game is working fine so far except for skate 3 which keeps corrupting save games
any ideas as to what might be wrong here?
im running in patch mode to fix permissions with a disk in the tray ,launching from the disk icon as i do with all the other back ups which work fine,including gt5.
