come on anyone?
Depends if the logic board is bad or not. If the logic board is bad, any homebrew you try to load will black screen. If the logic board works but the laser is bad, it should be able to play homebrew/backup managers.
thanks , is there any other way to find out if its bad other than seeing if theres a black screen during running homebrew?
If there's any PSN content installed on it, you can run that. But, other then those 2 options, not really.
That's almost a good deal no matter what. I got mine with a borked disc drive for 40, but that was just because the guy had no av or power cables with it. (would've been 50 otherwise).
ino it is i would straight away if i didnt need my money elsewhere
you see i have the money but might be swapping my bike for a car with smashed windscreen and will need money for new one but if i dont get the car i will get the playstation...
again how will i tell if its a bad motherboard?
and will if the motherboard is good will i defo be able to play backups and homebrew etc etc?
also if it was just the laser in the blu ray drive could i get a new one?
if so how much?
thanks in advance
come on can anyone answer my previous questions?
can anyone help me please?
also does kmaew work with all nand or cechk types?
if the ps3 can run demos from the hd is the motherboard fine?
if so then it is most likely the laser?
