Restore original directory structure?

I have searched all over for the answer to this! If my backup is just a collection of files without any directories, what's the best way of getting the game installed to an internal HD? Should I create a .pkg? Or is there an easy way to recreate the directory structure? Sorry in advance is this is a daft question!!!

Urgh, pain in the arse! I swear I have spent more time watching progress bars than I have playing games recently!! Thanks anyway
