1) Install PKG
2) COpy everything from PS3_GAME to /dev_hdd0/game/rdr
3) Copy PARAM.SFO to /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30418
4) Run Red Dead Redemption
5) Install will hang at 100%
6) Install PKG again
7) Copy PARAM.SFO to /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30418 again
8) Run RDR from xmb and enjoy
9) Repeat steps 6-8 everytime you quit (sorry no way around it for now

I followed those directions and at Step 5 where it supposed to hang at 100%, mine does not and i can play. But i when i quit at go steps 6 to 8 to get it working it does not. The only way i can get it working again is deleting everything and do steps 1 to 5 again and play after it installs data again.

When i try just deleting the data it hangs at 100% when i try to play and steps 6 to 8 still do not work.

Any help?

I'm trying it but I don't have the rdr folder. All I have is the Blus30418 folder

Do you mind uploading your param.sfo and eboot bin from your PS3_Game folder. For some reason mine does not work and i think it is because of mismatch in the param.sfo or eboot bin.

Yes with the orignial files. Am i supposed to add something to the original files?

How did you get that folder on your ps3? Did you make it? I installed it but all I got was the Blus folder

Hopefully last question, but do I copy the PS3 GAME folder to the rdr folder of the contents of it? Thanks for the help

either use FTP or comegenies awesome file manager (also need to use splitter if transfering through file manager because red dead has a file larger then 4gb)
