Red Dead external hdd settings to run?

i split the game using the included tool when you download multiman, i put it on my external hdd no issues and attempted to launch via iris manager, the intro text and copywright info flashed on screen and it began to install, then it just quit back to the xmb, so when i launched again the text just showed again and it went back to the xmb, ive tried all the settings in irisman and i still couldnt get this to launch, could someone help me

Try backing it up from an original disk, letting your BM split the files and then try. Could be the files didn't split right, or you don't have the necessary changes done to the folder to make Iris think it has split files (need to put a _ in front of the directory name)

thanks for the help ill try adding _ infront of the game folder, btw is there like a tutorial for this?
