PSGroove.com - Tutorial: How to Decrypt Your Own EBOOT.BIN's or SELF Files in Windows

I know how to copy the decrypt from eboot.elf and overwrite to .eboot.bin so I can help uploading patched eboot.bin files for you all. I am free time today but I need your help.

I am on Windows 7 x64; cgwin did create folder with my name!

My eboot.bin was in the folder with my name and I run Cygwin.bat and type unself eboot.bin eboot.elf and I got this message:

    self_decrypt_header failed
perror: no such files in directory

    What's wrong ?
