as the title said it just wont show up but when i plug it into my ps3 phat it does show up i been searching some stuff about it and i now deleted all partitions and reformatting to fat32 (the slow way *yawn*) but from what i have read people said it wouldnt solve the problem anyway

BC Killzone 3 wont work on external bc it has a file over 4GB ...
i wouldnt know :p not tryin it for k3 anyway (price of persia) but the prob is my hdd doesnt show up ...
If the hdd has USB 3.0 only phat ps3s will recognise it.Slims only recognise usb 2.0
i seriously doubt it i bought this hdd like 2 - 3 years ago it was in ntfs b4 and i was unable to put it to fat32 so im doing it with fat32formatter now + deleted all partitions people have done this b4 and still didnt manage to get it to work i hope im not 1 of them
problem solved you can delete or lock this topic
so if anyone has this same problem just delete all partitions with fat32farmatter and do a slow (maybe quick is also good enough) format to fat32
no offence, but a careful search would have probably helped, and also next time, dont forget to mention important things, like the extra partitions.

people are just trying to help,no need to snap at them ,or you will find it harder to get help next time.
people on this site are very quick to maon when they are the ones asking for help.
