Problem with HDD or PS3?

Hello!
I've got a problem with my PS3(kmeaw 3.55, FAT 80GB).
I've changed HDD from 80GB to WD 500GB WD5000BEVT SATA 2.5''. I'm doing RIPs or backups from BD Discs, except today..

I tried to play Resident Evil: Gold, Move Edition (ofc from disc), but i cannot install data to my HDD (game require installation on HDD).. Console was freeze on 77%, 18%.. I dont know what's going on.. I tried to do backup from game disc to my internal HDD, but it stopped on 700mb

, yesterday i was doing 7 backups from games (maybe. 120GB). But today i cannot do backup from my RE.

I tried to do backup from DJ Hero (~4gb) and it takes 3 hours!

Yesterday 18gb game copy was doing only 40 minutes..
I used 210GB of my HDD (290 left)..
Somebody know what is going on?
