It should work now. I have been playing it. Make sure you are using the latest MultiMAN, highlight the game, hold select and press X, then select yes to the option that comes up.
Also make sure you have deleted any game data and that your game is backed up onto an external drive.

Only external... It runs a BR-DISC emulation and is only set up for external drives right now. The new multiman can read memory cards so you can try that too... I haven't tested it though.

Use the new multiman 15.01 run game from Ext highlight game then press Select Then X. Select Yes then press X once more. Launch game from disc icon and enjoy the game thanks to these wonderful devs.
My POP is (BLUS30214)
Delete old game data not saves. If you messed around with the eboot or param just replace with OG files. Hope this helps.

I couldn't get the freakin game to work…STILL…got "Error parsing mount point on device" error or something of that nature……its also the only external device I have…wish there was a PKG file for this game or something (i can't make it since i am on OS X)
EDIT: Not that any of the PKG files I ever created before worked anyway…none did….
EDIT 2: Found a PKG file from another site…it loads off my USB device doing it that way…just wouldn't work thru MultiMan….odd eh? but oh well, waiting on that long install now
