every attempt i've made results in getting kicked back to xmb.

initial folder placement:
copy the /PS3_GAME/USRDIR/ (except for the EBOOT.BIN and then also the LinkApp.ppu.self file) into /dev_hdd0/POP_GAME/ so that i end up with /dev_hdd0/POP_GAME/USRDIR/

here's the patching i've tried:

1. /dev_bdvd/PS3_GAME/ -> /dev_hdd0/POP_GAME/

2a. dev_bdvd -> dev_hdd0
2b. PS3_GAME -> POP_GAME

i had patched the EBOOT.BIN only, and then i tried to patch both EBOOT.BIN and LinkApp.ppu.self in the same manner. made several packages, deleting the previous one before installing the new (not just overwriting files). always get the same result

no real need to do it really as my bdvd is working fine and can play from the disc. but i'd like to get it done just because i haven't been able to :P
