Is It Possible...

Can we make full game backups like KZ2 run on xmb as a .pkg?
I always though it would be nice instead of going into a backup manager such as MultiMan to just being able to run lv2 patcher and play games on xmb like a P$N game..

If it is possible,how to do so?
