Please help me! Back up errors

hi just hoping some one on here can help me as i have been at this now for 4 days!

i have jailbreaked my ps3 with htc desire using psfreedon-opendesire4.0.4

im using backup manager 1

firmware 3.41

i started my ps3 with my htc desire turned off at back then back on and power/eject option

i opened up backup manager and and backed up cod:mw2 to internal drive and it seems to have backed up fine i put in fifa 09 then went back to backup mnager and loaded cod:mw2 and it appers where it should as if it was actually in the drive but when i try starting it, it keeps giving me error code 800*****

im also trying to install BUZZ quiz tv to internal hard drive with backup manager but this time i get the error

Game EBOOT.bin is not valid cant backup 80010505

so far after tring several games, the only game i have managed to get to work is brain challenge and a couple of psn titles.

i have also tried backing up with ftp but keeps timing out.

i would like to know if any one can help me and also it would be good to know if any one else has succsefully managed to back up and play games using the htc desire.

another thing, are their any other back up managers i can try that will work with psfreedom-opendesire4.0.4

Use a better BM. I suggest Gaia 1.02, moh's OM 1.17.2, Rogero's v7.2, or MultiMan. As for the games you've picked, check here PS Jailbreak Compatibility List - Home to see if they even work or not anyway. I can tell you COD:MW2 is a known not working game. Also, update your payload with this new and improved install for your phone: http://www.psfmod.klutsh.com/bravo.php

hi mate thanks for the tips i just downloaded the new payload but im dont know how to work the htc really as im an iphone man myself and the htc is hers.

how do i install the new payload, is it the same as the old one ie put it onto sd card turn phone off then on with volume down then just load the zip file from the fast boot options, restart phone and plug into to ps3 then power cycle then on with power/eject?

sorry for been a pain in the ass

ps can i use any off the above mentioned backup managers with my current payload

finally some success....................well sort of! i took your advise and downloaded gaia 1.02 (dont know how to change payload till some thing is released for iphone 3gs) and i used it to copy civilization from my external drive to the internal drive and it worked like a dream so i eagerly copied over fifa11 same method everything seem to of copied over great but when i go to play it through gaia manager i get EBOOT.BIN is not valid, would you like to try and fix it? i click yes but it does nothing nd kicks back to xmb.

any ideas?
