Hi guys

Can I play Saints Row The Third internal?

I have used latest multiman and spoofer 9.99

Does anybody have solution for this?

You don't need to use massive blue text. Try looking on PS3 Backup Compatibility List - PSHomebrew
I would tell you the answer myself but not as you've used that horrible font

Yeah... just press Select+X when loading the game in MultiMan. Make sure you have a disc in. After you've replaced the modified files of course.
