pkg file help

I was just curious if there was a pkg file decrypter for games. If not then I have another question. I know how to install pkg games to the PS3, what I dont know is how to move them around. Say if I want the game to be located on an external Hdd for use with a backup manager and so that it doesnt take up space on the internal how would I go about moving it there? Thanks for the help.

Use a backup manager. Select COPY. It will ask if you want to copy to usb000 or something. Select yes, and let it copy.

I installed the pgk file on the PS3. The logo is located on the XMB. I opened multiman and didnt see a game logo so I went to the file manager and located a folder that I believe to be the correct folder. It has a NPUB id though that I dont ever recall seeing. Im not sure though how to use the manager to transfer the game to the external drive.
