PES 2010 doesn't work after upgrade (jailbreak)

Hi,

I've a jailbroken PS3, and i downloaded PES 2010.
at first it worked and then i updated it and since then it doesn't work.
i tried to delete the game from my PS3, and copy it again, but it still doesn't work.
when i start the game, i get the loading page (the few stars at the beginning) but nothing happens.
after i deleted the game and copied it again, the game doesn't ask me to update, so i guess the update remains.

does any one knows what can be done?
how can i delete this update?
i saw that there's an update for multiman, i downloaded it (via the PS3) but i can't find a way to install it.
can anyone help with that too?
