PES 11 update!!

How can I update or download downloable content from konami so all pkayers would be on thier team with latest Winter transfers and movements??

can i download it offline an then install it with pkg installer or do I have to get online to download it directly from sony, if yes how? with rebug 3.55.1?

I need to mention that I have already upgraded my pes11 version to 1.02 and as I could guess its just a firmware update!!!
