Hey all this is my attempt at simplifying patching eboots to play on 3.55 cfw. Download: DataFileHost - FixEboot.zip 1. Extract or copy FixEboot folder from the zip to the desktop or some other location.
2. Copy the EBOOT.BIN from USRDIR in your game to the FixEboot folder.
3. Run the FixEboot.exe prorgam and when prompted copy USRDIR, PARAM.SCO, PIC0,png, and all other game files into the folder created in the FixEboot folder that should be BCUS#####. 4 When prompted, edit PARAM.SCO that you just copied in the ebootfix folder using the included PS3SFOEdit.exe and change the game type to HG and save.
5. When promopted, copy the EBOOT.BIN from the Fixeboot folder to the USRDIR folder.
6. The resulting .pkg will be ready for installation on ps3(hopefully) Notes:I'm at school on a phone right now so can't test properly. Also, i heard someone made something like this already, if so, please delete this. Finally, thanks to riku for this method of patching, geohot, and failoverfl0w. Edit:only works with us region games right now lol oops

doesnt work crashes after a few seconds

Crashes and eats the eboot in the folder along with that. This is trying with Red Dead Redemption's Eboot

^Did the same for me with every eboot I used.
