Open Manager: What's the difference between COPY and BD Backup?

Copy is for External HDD to Internal HDD or Internal HDD to External HDD

BD backup does nothing when I press it. If I have a game disc in, and highlight it and press "copy", then it will copy the game from the bluray disc to my internal hdd.

When I then highlight the copy it made on my internal drive, and press "copy", it will copy the game from my internal to external drive
