nodrm update patches dont work??

im having a pain in the ass problem regarding these nodrm update patches for games.
cant seem to get them to work,

they keep saying unsupported data when loading with multiman??

what do i do wrong??

im on kmeaw and have installed 4.11 spoofer.

i install the update and replace eboot with param.sfo in dev_hdd0/game/gamename

but everytime it keeps saying unsupported data??

any help appreciate

Are you putting the EBOOT.BIN in that folder? You are supposed to put the EBOOT in the USDIR folder............that is probably your problem.

The part that I have bolded is the part that I am having an issue with........are you meaning what you wrote? That you replaced the EBOOT With the Param? Or that you replaced both the Eboot and the Param with the NoDRM ones?

ok here it goes again, i install the update, i ftp and replace original eboot with nodrm eboot and original param.sfo with nodrm param.sfo.

just like i have been doing all the time, i hope u understand now,

Sounds a bit arrogant to me, I'm guessing you don't mean to be but it comes across like it is.

There's no reason why the fixes shouldn't work, the only difference to most people is that you have a spoofer, try getting rid of it, however that's done(?)
Or make sure your installing the correct update number.

my bad if may have sounded a bit arrogant but thats not the case, im just so damn angry that none of these nodrm patches wont work,

i have tested these patches before spoofer and now with spoofer, on top of that, im not talking about just one nodrm fix,
all these nodrm fixes wont work with me, i mean wtf??

also on some of the game update fixes he says in installation notes "replace included files in game dir (NOT in /dev_hdd0/game/BLES01528)"
what other game dir than in the dev_hdd ???

try to not show desperation, I think that is what this other member saw in you on how you replied. You should just ask the question without sounding desperate or frustrated. I usually don't reply to frustrated members, because they always show disrespect. And I have a rep of not suffering fools gladly.

I breakdown what to look for when patching the games. Pay attention to NFO and param.sfo files. Now that I gave you where to go look for the info you need.. go there.

unsupported data -- is when you incorrectly replace the param.sfo and eboot in the game backup directory, when those files were meant for you to replace them in the game data folder instead. I give you more info about these different files and how to spot the differences in my posts I linked above. Find them, they are all there for you to learn and stop making noob mistakes.
