No game will launch after HDD swap

So, i swapped my old 60go on my fat ps3 (broken bluray) to a 250go the other day.
Reflashed Kmeaw, reinstalled all games, but now all games will give me black screen

I tried flashing with Rebug which is now my favourite firmware as i have it on my slim.

I tried reformatting with the ps3 system.

Do anyone know what's the problem ? Like i'd have to full format in fat32 on a pc

Any help appreciated

Thanks but already tried that, and i transfer backups with my external drive so no permission problems (and multiman has an auto permission fix).

I formatted completely with the ps3 system, took 14h50 (!

), and now got crysis 2 running with the last game method, but still no luck with LBP2 , GoW3 or Homefront, wich are supposed to work discless i think.
