New Hermes 3.55 backup manager.

Yup, that's right. I went into the teamhades store (if you don't know by now...) from the ps3 browser last night, saw Hermes' "H Manager" open source manager , downloaded it straight to my usb, then right to my xmb. So, this is the first i've heard of 3.55 pkg and it works, wasn't able to run any games (wrong GAMES path) but it did load up.

Its open source, thats a good thing so take that and eat it.

I forgot when i loaded it up it said it needed lvl2 v9 patcher, so after that, its been good to me so far, it seems pretty bare bones at the moment but it is open source so this is just 3.55 baby steps for this manager.

Here's off to ya for even more future improvements.
