Funny, I just picked this up today and it works fine. What exactly is the issue you're having?
I'm assuming that he, like many of us that want to keep custom firmware for homebrew/backups, cannot play this game via backup as it may require 3.70 official FW. Is this notion lost on you or are you being naive on purpose?
i wish we can dual boot our ps3 so that we play this game and still keep our backups.
